1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JSON Formatter Pro ("the Tool"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JSON Formatter Pro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Tool

JSON Formatter Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of formatted output
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We do not guarantee the Tool will meet your specific needs
  • We do not guarantee your data will be preserved or recoverable

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall JSON Formatter Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JSON Formatter Pro, even if JSON Formatter Pro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Tool is to stop using it.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on JSON Formatter Pro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JSON Formatter Pro does not warrant that any of the materials on the Tool are accurate, complete, or current. JSON Formatter Pro may make changes to the materials contained on the Tool at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

JSON Formatter Pro has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JSON Formatter Pro of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

JSON Formatter Pro may revise these terms of service for the Tool at any time without notice. By using the Tool, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of JSON Formatter Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. All data you input into the Tool is processed in your browser only. We do not store, transmit, or retain your JSON data on our servers.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use JSON Formatter Pro:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to participate in unlawful conduct
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • In a way that is obscene or objectionable to the reasonable user

10. File Upload Restrictions

When uploading files to JSON Formatter Pro:

  • Maximum file size: 50 MB (hard limit)
  • Supported file types: JSON files only
  • You warrant that you own or have the right to upload the file
  • You acknowledge that files are processed in your browser and never stored on our servers

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JSON Formatter Pro is operated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and JSON Formatter Pro and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and JSON Formatter Pro with respect to the subject matter hereof.
